January 14, Fineko/abc.az. Reconstruction of 10 stations along the railway line in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is planned.

ABC.AZ was informed at Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) that it is also planned to build 814 engineering structures along the 194.1 km long railway, including 29 bridges, 4 tunnels and 12 galleries.

This railway line, connecting to the Zangezur Corridor, will provide both direct overland communication between the main part of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan, as well as access to the markets of Turkey and Europe as an important segment of the Middle Corridor and the North-South route.
