January 14, Fineko/abc.az. International insurance & valuation company Allianz Trade (formerly Euler Hermes) has once again maintained Azerbaijan's country risk rating at C1.

ABC.AZ informs that the company classified Azerbaijan as a "low risk" and marked it in the green zone. This reflects country's macroeconomic stability and low level of short-term financial risks.

According to the assessment, the financial system, external solvency and budgetary stability of Azerbaijan are preserved, however, some weaknesses remain in the structure of the economy and the institutional environment.

Allianz Trade stressed that since there are no changes in the country's risk indicators, Azerbaijan's rating has remained stable.
