January 30, Fineko/abc.az. KazMunayGas-Aero LLC (a subsidiary of KazMunayGas) has signed contracts for the supply of fuel for aircrafts of some foreign air carriers, including Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to KazMunayGas that speech is about contracts signed at Almaty International Airport with SpaceBee Airlines, AZAL, My Freighter Airlines, as well as Easy Charter.

"The expansion of cooperation became possible due to lower prices for aviation fuel and increased competitiveness of service conditions at one of the main air hubs in Kazakhstan," the company says.

KMG noted that the work on attracting international air carriers is underway as part of the instructions of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to develop country's transit potential.
