January 30, Fineko/abc.az. Japan is planning to commissionhigh-speed magnetic cushion train of series Chuo Shinkansen L0 by 2035.

ABC.AZ informs that it will be able to reach speeds of up to 603.5 km/h, which is faster than most aircraft at takeoff, and will reduce the travel time between Tokyo and Nagoya from 1 hour 26 minutes to 40 minutes.

The train will use magnetic levitation technology, similar to the Shanghai Maglev in China, but with record speed. Nearly 90% of the route will take place underground or in tunnels to minimize the impact on the environment. The cost of the project exceeds 9 trillion yens ($64 billion).
