February 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Czech Ministry of Industry & Trade will make every effort to implement initiatives within the Middle Corridor.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting Deputy Minister David Muller, Director General of the Department of the Ministry for the European Union (EU) and Foreign Trade, that the successful and timely completion of the Middle Corridor is of great importance in the current geopolitical situation, as it will contribute to the further development of our ties and deepen economic cooperation.

"As already mentioned, this is one of the most promising areas, and I will make joint efforts with my colleagues to participate in ongoing initiatives. Czech companies have already participated in large projects in Azerbaijan, including railway project Baku-Tbilisi-Kars, and we look forward to continuing this cooperation. In this regard, I’d like to note that the Czech Republic is ready to support the participation of its companies in the EU Global Gateway initiative, where, along with other issues, special attention is paid to this topic," the deputy minister stressed.
