February 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Information & Communication Technologies Agency (IKTA) under the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport of Azerbaijan has warned about possible delays in the delivery of parcels from China.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to IKTA that February 15-23, 2026, have been declared official non-working days in China due to holidays.

"During this period, the operation of most warehouses in the country will be limited. It is expected that after the end of the holidays, the delivery processes will be gradually resumed," IKTA’s statement says.
