February 18, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Polymer, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, produced 97,000 tons of finished products in 2025.

ABC.AZ informs that according to SOCAR Polymer, the production volume grew by 33% compared with 2024.

Last year, 78.4% of plant's products (76,000 tons) were exported to the Turkish and European markets, while the rest were sold locally.

SOCAR Polymer's high-density polyethylene (YSPE) plant was put into operation on February 18, 2019. Today, YSPE makes an important contribution to development of the non-oil industry, small and medium-sized businesses, growth of export potential and diversification of the economy.
