February 24, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2026, Azerbaijan manufactured 402 automobiles, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Statistics Committee.

The indicator is 167 cars, or 71.1% more versus January 2025. As of February 1, a stock of 244 vehicles has been formed.

Last month, Azerbaijan produced machinery and equipment, cars, trailers and semi-trailers for 38.2 million manats. At the same time, the production of machinery and equipment decreased by 10.8%, while the production of cars, trailers and semi-trailers grew 2.1-fold against January 2025.

This January, 30 tractors were also produced (34.8% less than a year earlier). As of February 1, the stock of finished products reached 6 tractors.

In addition, 56 trucks were produced in January (7-fold more than a year ago). As of February 1, the stock of finished products reached 19 trucks.
