Passenger carriages by air become more expensive in Azerbaijan

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. 318,100 passengers were transported by air this January (or 5% more than in January 2025).  99.9% of transportation was carried out by state-owned enterprises and 0.1% by private enterprises.

ABC.AZ reports that in January 2026, the price index for passenger transportation services by air decreased by 7% compared with the same month of 2025.

Prices increased by 33.1% against January 2025.
