August 5, Fineko/abc.az. The list of banks that increased business loans in Azerbaijan following the 1st half of 2022 has been published.

ABC.AZ reports that by the end of Q2 (and the 1st half of the year), the volume of business loans increased to AZN 1 million.

According to calculations, the fastest growth (in percentage terms) of business loans was recorded on Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan and Yelo Bank. The loan portfolio of these banks increased by 36% and 28%, respectively, and in monetary terms – by AZN 42.6 million and AZN 72.4 million.

According to the interest rate, the next banks that increased business loans the most are Kapitalbank and Ziraat Bank.

In the 1st half of 2022, Ziraat Bank's portfolio of business loans grew by AZN 56 million, or by 24.8%. Kapitalbank's business loans increased by AZN 203 million, or 21.1%.

One of the banks that most increases business loans in monetary terms is the International Bank of Azerbaijan - ABB. In the 1st half of 2022, ABB increased business loans almost by AZN 186 million, or 11.7%.

Bank Respublika, one of the active banks in business financing, increased business loans by AZN 72.4 million, or by 14%, for Jan-Jun 2022.

The business loans in Rabitabank grew by AZN 49.2 million and in AccessBank by AZN 44.7 million.
