Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $95.18 a barrel

September 1, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Thursday’s trading.

At the London ICE Futures Exchange the November’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.46 (0.48%) to $95.18 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 31 August, the cost of November’s Brent crude futures decreased by $2.20 (2.25%) to $95.64 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the October’s WTI oil futures decreased in price by $0.42 (0.47%) to $89.13 per barrel by 09:25 am. Following the trading on 31 August, the price of October’s WTI oil futures fell by $2.09 (2.28%) to $89.55 per barrel.

At the end of August, Brent crude oil fell by 12.3% and WTI oil by 9.2%.
