Profits of 15 banks increased in Azerbaijan

September 2, Fineko/abc.az. Out of the 26 banks operating in Azerbaijan, the net profit of 15 ones in the 1st half of this year was higher than for the same period of 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are banks as follows: Turan Bank, VTB Bank Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Industrial Bank, Naxçıvan Bank, Khalq Bank, Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan, Bank of Baku, Azer-Turk Bank, Bank Respublika, Express Bank, PASHA Bank, Kapital Bank, Rabitabank and AFB Bank, Baku branch of the National Bank of Iran.

The highest dynamics was recorded on Turan Bank (9.2-fold) and the lowest on AFB Bank (6.2%).
