Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $88.80 a barrel

September 29, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Thursday’s trading after a jump following the trading the day before.

The cost of November’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange by 09:21 am is $88.80 per barrel that is by $0.52 (0.58%) less than the closing price of the last session. Following the trading on 28 September, these contracts rose by $3.05 (3.54%) to $89.32 per barrel.

The price of November’s futures for WTI crude oil at electronic trading at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:21 am is $81.65 per barrel, which is $0.50 (0.61%) less than the final value of the previous session. Following the trading on 28 September, the value of these contracts jumped by $3.65 (4.65%) to $82.15 per barrel.
