Annual tariff fees of $14 million to be charged for oil exported via this pipeline

12:52 - 25.10.2022

October 25, Fineko/abc.az. It is predicted that foreign companies will pay $14 million in annual tariff fees for oil exported by Azerbaijan via the Baku-Supsa pipeline, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).

The Fund says that the specified tariff may vary depending on the geopolitical situation.

Thus, oil exported via the Baku-Supsa pipeline is then transported via the Black Sea pipeline to its destination via ferries.

"Currently, the martial law in Ukraine affects the course of ferries. This leads to the fact that oil is transported less than before. Therefore, the tariff fee ranges depending on the current situation," SOFAZ informs.
