A tea company under liquidation in Azerbaijan

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. Avrora-Çay OJSC is being liquidated. In this regard, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held on 27 December, ABC.AZ was informed by the company's board of directors.

The shareholders will discuss the liquidation of the company, creation of a liquidation commission, etc.

Avrora-Çay was established in 1998. Its authorized capital is AZN 137,070. Gulgait Guliyeva is its legal representative.
