Kyrgyzstan experiences dollar deficit

December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Central bank of Kyrgyzstan announced dollar deficit in the country due to logistical difficulties and market speculation. Kyrgyzstan is currently experiencing dollar deficit, according to the website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

ABC.AZ reports that the main causes of shortage of the world's leading reserve currency in the country were difficulties with logistics and market speculation.

"Additional factors of the shortage of funds in US dollars at present are the disruption of the logistics chains of their supplies to the country and speculative transactions by individuals in order to profit from the exchange rate difference," Bank’s statement says.
