September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis & Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4 SIM) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Binance.

ABC.AZ reports that the signing of the document took place within the Chain Reaction 2024 forum on Wednesday in Baku.

The Memorandum was signed by Fariz Jafarov, executive director of 4SIM, and Vishal Sachindran, head of Regional Markets at Binance.
