List of bank working with profit and loss unveiled

August 1, Fineko/abc.az. On 31 July 2019 all the 30 banks operating in Azerbaijan published their financial indicators for the 1st half of 2019.

According to the report, in the 1st half of 2019 (the period from January to June) out of 30 banks, 24 worked with net profit and six ones with net loss.

Most of all profit for the reported period was earned by the International Bank of Azerbaijan.

Among the private banks the largest net profit was received by Kapital Bank, Unibank, PASHA Bank, Bank of Baku, Xalq Bank and Bank Respublika.

Most of the banks that incurred losses suffered because of the reserve they created.
