ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) head Yevgeny Kirin at a press conference dedicated to Bank’s activity for Jan-Oct 2019.

He noted that the main goal of the project is to increase the functionality of the Bank's offices and branches.

Kirin underlined that for the reported period they did a number of works on many issues, including for improvement of the efficiency of cash machines.

Stressing that the Jan-Nov results are satisfactory, he also told about future plans: "We’ll continue taking steps aimed to develop digital banking. In addition, the Bank was involved in some investment projects. We participated in investments in the improvement of the 4G system of one of the telecommunications companies. It's too early to announce the name of the company. In the coming times, it will probably be announced."
