Kapital Bank`s shareholders to meet in April

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Kapital Bank will hold a regular general meeting of shareholders on 1 April.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will take place in the administrative building of the Bank's main office in settlement Badamdar at address: Baku, 2E M.Mushfig Street, Floor 3; Conference Hall. On meeting agenda are questions relating to approval of Kapital Bank's financial statements for 2019, payment of dividends to shareholders of Kapital Bank for 2019 financial year, and other matters.
