Azercell announced about payment to State Budget last year - Report

February 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azercell Telecom paid AZN 112 million to the State Budget for 2019.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Company’s head Vahid Mursaliyev at the reporting conference.

He noted that Azercell invested more than $94.5 million in the development of telecommunications in Azerbaijan for 2019, and in general – over $1.621 bn. Mursaliev also spoke about Company's spending on social projects.

"In 2019, a total of more than $253,000 was spent on social projects, that exceeded $19 million for the past 23 years," Company's head said.
