March 12, Fineko/abc.az. Buta Airways has made changes to the hand luggage guidelines.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the new rules of air transportation each passenger can take on board of the air vessel the additional hand luggage of any type (a sports bag, a backpack, etc), provided that the hand luggage dimensions (length, height, and width) do not exceed 75 cm (30x35x10cm).

There are no restrictions on the weight of hand luggage.

To check whether hand luggage complies with the new rules, a special stencil – a metal structure for checking the size of luggage- is installed next to the Buta Airways check-in desks on all flights at airports.

It should be noted that previously only women's handbags or men's briefcases were accepted as additional free hand luggage.
