March 29, Fineko/abc.az. March 31 is the deadline for filing income and property tax returns for legal entities and personal income tax and paying taxes.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Thus, the Cabinet Ministers’ decree has established the special labour regime: non-working days for employees working five days a week - March 29 - April 3, for employees working six days a week - March 26 - March 28 and March 30 - April 4. For this reason, according to Article 68.2 of the Tax Code, the deadline for submitting income and property tax returns for legal entities and paying personal income taxes has been postponed for April 6.
