April 8, Fineko/abc.az. With the help of the Mobile Notary software the citizens are given the opportunity to register power of attorney for driving vehicles without contacting the notary office, as well as in e-form via mobile phones. The number of power of attorney issued in e-form is measured in thousands.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Justice that citizens who have the right to receive free or preferential medicines are given the opportunity to issue electronic power of attorney to other persons within 24 hours without leaving their homes.

Citizens can use the Social Power of Attorney, introduced on 7 April, by downloading the free app Mobile Notary from the AppStore and PlayStore platforms, as well as updating the already used app. Detailed information is available on the social network pages of mobile app (www.facebook.com/mobilnotariat and www.instagram.com/mobil_notariat/).

Taking into account the situation of citizens who are in a special quarantine regime, the service will be provided free of charge.
