Turkish Airlines cancels flights again - Reason

June 10, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish Airlines (THY) has canceled international flights it scheduled to resume from today.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to company's press service.

The resumption of flights has been postponed because of delays with obtaining the necessary permits from the civil aviation authorities of Turkey and from the countries to which Turkey planned flights.

Since June Turkey planned to stage flights to 40 countries. In this regard, an agreement has already been reached with 15 countries. The first international flights were expected to take place on 10 June to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Qatar, and Greece. Domestic flights in Turkey have been resumed in stages since 1 June.
