July 10, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with Azerbaijan Accounts Chamber’s work plan for 2020 an audit of spending of finances allocated from the State Budget to the State Committee for Refugees & IDPs (SCR) has been carried out.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Chamber's website that audit found out that when purchasing goods (works and services), the estimated prices for purchased goods for AZN 118,500 were not indicated by the Committee, and AZN 20,200 were spent without making purchases for the expenses of the SCR administration.

Besides, the Refugee Committee changed paragraphs concerning spending of AZN 9.3 million. In particular, a payment of AZN 8,500 out of AZN 35,000 designed for transfer to water company Azersu for the project of provision of drinking water to IDP families residing in the Gobustan area, was transferred to a private organization.
