September 10, Fineko/abc.az. "Let's invite BNA officials and ask where the finances from the issued fines go?".

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by MP Rufat Guliyev at a meeting of the Committee for Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

He noted that BNA employees do not give any explanations, do not tell the citizen that he parked incorrectly.

"Without explaining anything, they take pictures of the car and run away. I ask the driver how much the fine is issued? He named such a sum that it is inappropriate to speak here, it is so large," Guliyev said.

He added that BNA should report on the money received from the fines.

"If 10,000 people are fined 20 manats per day, it will be a large sum. However, no one reports where this money is spent, what it is spent on. I believe we should invite a representative of the Baku Transport Agency to answer where these funds are spent," the MP summed up.
