November 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to the participants of motor traffic: follow these rules.

ABC.AZ reports that the appeal says that President Ilham Aliyev's address to the Azerbaijani people in connection with the complete liberation of country’s lands from occupation and the victory won causes great joy for each Azerbaijani, and starting from the night hours, Azerbaijani citizens flock to the streets, celebrating this grand victory with a sense of pride and joy.

"However, observations show that some drivers, abusing this, grossly violate traffic rules, pedestrians do not use the crossings, which creates a serious threat to other road users. This, of course, causes concern and discontent of our citizens. Therefore, we ask all road users to strictly follow the rules and not to take actions that may lead to violation of public order and public safety. In order to avoid any undesirable events during the victory celebration, vehicle owners must comply with the traffic rules, and pedestrians must use the pedestrian crosswalks allocated for them," the MIA says in its appeal.
