December 17, Fineko/abc.az. As of 16 December the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) paid more than AZN 613.89 million to 24,700 depositors of AG Bank, Amrah Bank, NBC Bank and Atabank.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the ADIF that from 16 June to 16 December 2020 ADIF agent International Bank of Azerbaijan paid AZN 234.26 million of compensation to depositors of AG Bank (AZN 108.97 million to 4,548 depositors) and NBC Bank (over AZN 125.28 million to 4,133 depositors), which are in the process of liquidation.

From 1 June to 16 December ADIF’s another agent Kapital Bank paid more than AZN 379.62 million of compensation to depositors of Amrah Bank (AZN 38.39 million to 5,720 depositors) and Atabank (AZN 241.23 million to 9,672 depositors).
