May 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency’s (AQTA) employees conducted an inspection at the food market owned by Yevlakh-Central Market OJSC.

ABC.AZ was informed at AQTA that the inspection found out that the market did not pass the state registration on the issue of food safety, the products of animal origin that are on sale did not pass the veterinary examination, the temperature regime and sanitary and hygienic rules were not observed, the principle of commodity neighborhood in food stores was violated.

At that, it turned out that persons who were directly in contact with food products did not undergo primary and periodic medical examinations, and periodic disinfection, disinsection and deratization work was not carried out.

The investigation continues.
