Erdogan: TANAP and TAP give a big boost to Europe's economic development

June 17, Fineko/abc.az. "Turkey is one of the most important European energy partners," ABC.AZ reports citing Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying this at the summit of the South-Eastern European Cooperation Process in Antalya.

According to Erdogan, with the completion of the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and the Trans-Adriatic Gas Pipeline (TAP), the fourth largest artery will be formed to transport natural gas to Europe through the Southern Gas Corridor.

Erdogan added that the TANAP and TAP projects simultaneously ensure the energy security of Europe and make great contribution to its economic development.
