June 22, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to establish the right to pension for persons whose civil service has been terminated and they still have at least 2 years to reach the maximum age of labor pension and accumulate the minimum 15-year service experience required to receive pension as civil servants. So, persons who have at least 13-year term of service as civil servants will also be able to such a pension.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the proposed amendments to the Laws on Labor Pensions and on Public Service.

Thus, the right to an increase in the labor pension will arise for civil servants in connection with the creation of a public legal entity by a body determined by the relevant executive authority on the basis of a state body, if no more than 15 years of service experience remain before the date of termination of public service and they reach the age of labor pension no more than 2 years with minimum service experience of 13 years in the civil service.

Both bills were put to the vote and passed.
