SOCAR management bonuses have decreased

July 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2020, the amount of bonuses paid to the top management of the State Oil Company (SOCAR) decreased, ABC.AZ informs with reference to company's annual report.

In 2020, the total payments to the SOCAR main management amounted to AZN 1.376 million. On average, this amounts to a little more than AZN 100,000 a year for each top manager.

Compared to last year, bonuses to SOCAR's management have decreased. So, in 2019, this amount amounted to AZN 1.404 million and in 2018 – AZN 1.28 million.

The SOCAR leadership consists of president and 12 vice-presidents. All managers are appointed by the president of Azerbaijan.
