Azermarka becomes a structural division of Azerpoct

July 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azermarka LLC is merging with Azerpoct LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerpoct will be reorganized in accordance with the Civil Code of Azerbaijan and other regulatory legal acts.

From now on, Azermarka will function as a structural division of Azerpoct. All his rights and obligations will be performed by his legal successor Azerpoct.

The goal is to optimize the activities that are not part of the structure of the ministry, increase efficiency and ensure the overall use of resources.
