August 4, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the requirements of the Law on Compulsory Insurance insurance company A-Qroup has been included in the register of participants of the Union of Legal Entities of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB).

ABC.AZ was informed at the CIB that the interaction between the participating insurers and the Bureau, including the participation of the insurer in CIB’s activities, reporting to it, providing information and other issues, is carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and the Charter.

For activity on any type of insurance the insurer is required to have a permit from the supervisory authority in accord with the requirements of the Laws on Insurance Activity and on Compulsory Insurance.
