April 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold medium-term government bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The BSE informs that an issue of the medium-term bonds with ISIN-code AZ0105006693 for AZN 30 million, circulation term of 728 days and interest rate of 8% has been placed today.

The 10 investors submitted 21 orders in the price range from AZN 93.0697 for the bond (claim for annual yield: 12.0%) up to AZN 100.0363 (7.98%).

In accord with Ministry’s decision the cut–off price is set at AZN 100.00 (yield 8.0%) and weighted average price at AZN 100.0029 (7.9984%).

With total amount of orders for AZN 107.7 million the medium-term bonds were placed for AZN 30 million.
