November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Four out of the 26 banks operating in Azerbaijan had no investments in securities in their assets as of 1 October 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that among the four mentioned banks are Azerbaijan Industrial Bank, Günay Bank, Muğan Bank and Premium Bank.
The remaining 22 banks invested different amounts in the stock market. 

In five of the banks the amount of investments exceeds AZN 100 million. They are PASHA Bank (AZN 1.767 bn), International Bank of Azerbaijan (AZN 1.32 bn), Kapital Bank (AZN 1.029 bn), Rabitabank (AZN 118.718 million) and Xalq Bank (AZN 107.58 million).
The amount of investments in securities at 14 banks is from 10 to 100 million manats and at 3 banks - less than 10 million manats.
