November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Next year the revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan will make up 32.4% more – AZN 10.589 bn, and expenditures by 4.4% less – AZN 12.755 bn compared with the approved forecast of the current year. 

ABC.AZ reports that this issue is reflected in the Draft Law on the Consolidated Budget Envelope for 2022.

Under the draft law, deficit of AZN 2.17 million will appear in SOFAZ’s budget.
In 2022, the transfer from the State Budget to SOFAZ will amount to AZN 12.7 bn. The Fund will also direct AZN 27.8 million for the "State Program for improving the international competitiveness of the higher education system for 2019-23" and AZN 17.9 million for the "State Program for education of citizens at foreign higher educational institutions".
