Liabilities of 20 banks in Azerbaijan increased

November 10, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 October of this year the liabilities of six out of the 26 banks operating in Azerbaijan turned out less than in the annual comparison.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are Premium Bank, Xalq Bank, Azerbaijan Industrial Bank and AFB Bank, Baku branches of national banks of Iran and Pakistan.

The largest decrease was recorded on the Bank of Pakistan (85.7%) and the smallest decline on the Bank of Iran (1.2%).
The remaining 20 banks have increased their liabilities. The highest dynamics was recorded on Nakhchivan Bank OJSC (45.1%) and the lowest on Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC (1.9%).
