November 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Bill on Azerbaijan State Budget 2022 has been discussed at today’s meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship. 

ABC.AZ rep[orts that during the discussions Finance Minister Samir Sharifov noted that national development priorities have already been determined by the country’s president.

He noted that special attention was paid to this issue in the budget envelope: "For the implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy until 2030, funding sources should be identified. The strategy will be funded from sources known to us. One of the sources will be the State Budget, funds of the State Oil Fund. Others will be implemented at the expense of various funds, attracted funds. Quite an important area is the implementation of financing at the expense of the private sector. But this is a question of the execution of funds from the State Budget. If there is a need for additional funds from the State Budget, amendments to State Budget 2022 are not excluded."
