Standard Insurance’s head office put up for sale at 10th auction

December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The 10th auction for the sale of the head office of Standard Insurance OJSC, which is in the process of liquidation, will take place at 11 am on 8 December.

ABC.AZ reports that the auction to be organized by Real Estate Auction Center LLC will be held at address: 4A Mammad Rahim Street, Yasamal district, Baku city. Buyers will be offered an office with an area of 359 sq m, formed by combining four apartments on Shamsi Badalbeyli Street in Nasimi district of Baku. The price for real estate is set, about 2-fold less than the initial payment - 1.035 million manats. 1% of this amount, i.e. 10,350 manats, should be paid in the form of a down payment.
