Nine joint-stock companies privatized

January 25, Fineko/abc.az. The shares of 9 joint-stock companies have been privatized at the next auction held today by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

ABC.AZ informs that JSCs whose shares were privatized at the auction are operating in the field of industry, agriculture and transport.

Among the JSCs whose shares were privatized at the highest price were Kurdamir Agrotechnservice OSC and Yevlakh Takhylchi OJSC.

A 30% stake in Kurdamir Agrotechnservice was privatized for 49,952 manats and a 10.07% stake in Yevlakh Takhylchi for 38,456 manats.

Payment of 190,016 manats to the State Budget is expected on the state property sold at the current auction.
