AQTA Chairman: Russia does not ban tomato import from Azerbaijan

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency’s (AZTA) chair Goshgar Tahmazli stated about this, when commenting on the information about the introduction of another ban on tomatoes imported in Russia from Azerbaijan.

He added that today there is no ban on the export of apples or tomatoes from any Azerbaijani enterprise to Russia.

Yesterday the Federal Service for Veterinary & Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia reported that 432.5 tons of fresh tomatoes from Azerbaijan were not delivered to Russia.
