April 22, Fineko/abc.az. Adjustments have been made for changes related to duties.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Cabinet Ministers, after amendments were made to the Law on State Duty, a number of legal acts were put in order.

The state fee paid for services and legal actions envisaged by the Law on State Duty will be transferred in full to the State Budget, and not to the treasury account of public law bodies and legal entities performing these services and legal actions in the prescribed parts.

The refund period for incorrectly withheld or already paid state duty has been reduced from 45 to 20 days.

The deadline for the notary to transfer the state fee for notarial actions to the State Budget has been reduced from 2 banking days to 1 banking day.
