The commission, created on the basis of the relevant order of the mayor, includes representatives of the executive authorities of Baku and its districts and is tasked to conduct an inventory of life-threatening residential buildings in the territory of Baku and to ensure the preparation of proposals in this regard.

The decree emphasizes that the heads of the district executive authorities of Baku city are personally responsible for the safety of residents of emergency buildings, regardless of the owner.

The members of the commission have already started an inventory by district.
