Yapı Kredi buys a bank in Germany

April 28, Fineko/abc.az. Yapı Kredi Bank (Turkey’s first private bank) will be engaged in banking activities in Germany.

ABC.AZ reports that the bank has already taken measures for this.

The bank's statement says that for this purpose it was decided to purchase all shares of Bankhaus J. Faistt oHG, which has a banking license in Germany, at the price of about 9 million euro.
