May 10, Fineko/abc.az. Retail prices for gasoline and diesel fuel in the U.S. have reached record levels ahead of the summer season.

ABC.AZ informs that the report says that this growth may become a serious problem for U.S. President Joe Biden, whose activities are criticized by the Fed, which is trying to fight the highest inflation in the last 40 years.

According to the report, the average price of gasoline was $4.374 per gallon, and the price of diesel fuel reached $5.50 per gallon and broke the record.

The growth means more inflationary pressure on the world's largest economy.

The "driving season" used to describe summer trips to the U.S. is expected to begin in three weeks.
