Azerbaijan's foreign exchange reserves have grown

July 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's foreign exchange reserves amounted to $52.678 bn as of 1 July 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that 86% or $45.306 bn accounted for the State Oil Fund (SOFAZ), and 14% or $7.37 bn for the Central Bank.

In the 2nd quarter of this year, the country's foreign exchange reserves increased by $278.2 million or 0.5%.

Thus, SOFAZ's currency reserves grew by $42.8 million or 0.1%, and CBA's ones by $235.4 million or 3.3%.

This year, country's foreign exchange reserves have grown by $2.118 bn, or 4.2%. SOFAZ's foreign exchange reserves increased by $1.2 bn, or 2.7% and CBA's ones by $916.6 million, or 14.2%.
