Memorandum on construction of a wind farm in Garadag signed

November 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Memorandum on the implementation of the Garadagh Wind Power Plant Project has been signed, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov.

"Azerbaijan Investment Company, Caspian HDG LLC and Elecnor, a Spanish company specializing in the field of alternative and renewable energy sources, have signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Garadagh WPP Project," the minister says.
