February 15, Fineko/abc.az. General Director of Voronezh international airport Alexander Belevich announced the launch of regular flights to Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.

Addressing to business forum "Air Gates of Black Earth Region", Belevich stated that Voronezh will be connected with direct air communication with Tbilisi, Baku, Dushanbe and Aktau.

He did not disclose any details of the flight program.

Also, in the plans of the Voronezh airport are charter flights of popular tourist destinations - Vietnam, Greece, Egypt, Spain, India, Turkey, Thailand and Tunisia. In addition, in 2020, the air hub can establish flights to Riga, Istanbul and the UAE.
